• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in fund operations, private equity, fund administration, or asset management.
• Strong understanding of PE fund structures, capital accounts, and waterfall mechanics.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with fund accounting software (e.g., Investran, eFront, Allvue) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
