Associate – Client Relations

Key Accountabilities:
1. Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establishing and nurturing strong connections with existing clients – HNIS, UHNIS, Family Offices.
2. Client Communication: Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing updates, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback.
3. Issue Resolution: Proactively addressing client issues, resolving problems, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate teams.
4. Client Satisfaction: Monitoring client satisfaction levels, gathering feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance client experience.
5. Sales and Growth: Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross–selling, developing sales strategies, and contributing to revenue growth.
6. Internal Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure client needs are met.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports on client interactions, monitoring key metrics, and providing insights to improve client relationships.
Candidate Specifications and Skills:
1. A post–graduate with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the Wealth Management industry.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong interpersonal skills
4. Ability to solve problems and provide effective solutions
5. Ability to present opportunities for supporting sales
6. Organizing and Time management skills are very important
7. Proficient in using Excel, Word & PPT tools.
