Role overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fund raising & investor relations resource to join us to lead our efforts in fund raising & managing investor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AIF/ Fund raising space and have his/her network with LPs/Institutions, with a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record of fund raising & strong client contacts.

Role description:
• Help manage the fundraising process for the CATII & CATIII Private Equity strategies
• Maintain and foster LP relationships with family offices, high net worth individuals and institutional investors
• Communicate with existing and prospective LPs, including working with internal teams to provide frequent communication during fundraising processes for prospects and Limited Partners
• Experience contributing to fundraises, and familiarity with managing a network of Limited Partners relationships – Knowledge of the LP ecosystem, including insight into the requirements of the various types of LPs and consultants – Knowledge and experience of LP engagement cycle and closing process

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and excellent academic credentials required; degree in finance, economics, or business preferred
• 10–12 years of relevant work experience at investment firm, private equity firm, fundraising organization, investment bank, wealth management firm, family office or similar organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading prospective investor meetings
• Ability to wear multiple hats, perform well under pressure, and self–initiate – Acute attention to accuracy and detail
• Highly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence, and adaptability.
