Sterling and Wilson is a subsidiary of Shapoorji Pallonji Group and operates across five key verticals—Turnkey DC EPC, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing) Projects, Transmission & Distribution EPC, DG sets, and Industrial EPC.

Its DC EPC business, launched in 2016 and operational for over eight years, is now being hived off into a separate entity. Notably, it is the only Indian DC EPC firm with fully in-house capabilities across Engineering, Procurement, and Integrated Testing & Commissioning (E.P.I.C.). The company has delivered large-scale projects totaling 60MW for marquee clients such as Vodafone, NSE, Siemens, AWS, and Sify.
