Growing up in a humble family background, my childhood was simple and happy. I grew up getting inspired from everyone around. Learned a thing or two from each one I met. A career in Talent Acquisition happened by accident 15 years ago and I have never looked back since. Before joining Singularity I worked in the Executive Search Industry for over 14 years, consulting clients to find suitable talent. I particularly worked in the Private Equity eco-system with global and domestic funds, and their portfolio companies. It has been an enriching journey, building meaningful relationships amongst some of the best in the fraternity. I continue to learn and seek opportunities for self-development.
At Singularity, I am aiming to solve the critical talent needs of the team. I strongly believe that hiring right galvanizes an organization’s journey towards growth. I leave no stone unturned to find that gem. Patience and tenacity are key. Hiring is mining that rare diamond that was waiting to be found! Beyond work, I spend time in physical training and yoga. I am navigating the path to find balance and be an inspiration to my two kids.
