
I grew up in a small town in Haryana. Growing up, I had the front seat to watch a young gentleman leave his family-run business, risk it all, and turn into an entrepreneur in a new city and in a new field of work. My father built and ran two successful advertising agencies for 18 years in Delhi after leaving his family-run bottling business in Haryana. Witnessing his journey in my impressionable years instilled a strong sense of integrity, hard-work and work ethic in me. What excites me about my job of hiring is when I get to work with founders/teams who are deeply passionate about their businesses. I focus on not just filling roles but also to support founders build their guild of operators and leaders who share their vision and aspire to grow with the company. The impact a great hire has on the business has always excited me about the world of executive search and recruitment. Professionally, I started my career as a Research Associate at Egon Zehnder where I developed a foundation in structured research and candidate evaluation that continues to anchor my approach today. Over the years, I’ve worked with organizations of varied scale—from early-stage ventures to established enterprises, hiring Potential-A talent across job functions & sectors: Energy, Healthcare, Industrials, SAAS and Consumer Retail/Tech/Brands across PE/VC & start to scale companies. At Singularity, I hire for internal roles while also supporting portfolio founders in identifying and attracting exceptional talent from the market.
